Terms of sale
Seller: Steve Villeneuve, doing business as svprod, 1510 Avenue Jules-Verne Suite 1001 Quebec QC G2G 2R5 · hello@svprod.com. Effective October 8, 2026. Not drafted by a lawyer.
1. These terms
These terms apply to every purchase on svprod.com. A product page may add terms specific to that product; if so, they are listed below and they prevail for that product.
2. Prices, payment and taxes
Prices are in Canadian dollars and are charged once unless a product page clearly says it is a subscription. Card payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card number. Applicable sales taxes are added where the law requires.
3. Not legal or professional advice
svprod products give general information and templates drawn from public sources. They are not legal, accounting, human-resources or other professional advice, we do not review your situation, and buying or using them does not create a lawyer-client or other professional relationship. You decide whether and how to use them, and you remain responsible for your own compliance. Consider having a qualified professional review anything you rely on.
4. No government affiliation
svprod is not affiliated with, endorsed by or acting for any government, ministry, agency or regulator. We do not file any report, form or document with any government on your behalf.
5. Licence
When you buy documents or templates, you may copy, edit and use them for your own organization. You may not resell or redistribute them as templates.
6. Refunds
See the refund policy.
7. Availability and liability
We aim to keep svprod.com available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Products are provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be waived.
8. Changes
We may update these terms; the version in force and its date are always on this page. A change never applies to a purchase made before it.
9. Governing law and language
These terms are governed by the laws of the province where the seller is domiciled and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, without limiting any rights you have where you live. They are written in English at the express wish of the parties.
