Refund policy

One-time purchases (including the Ontario Policy Pack)

Within 14 days of your purchase, email hello@svprod.com with your order number and the word "refund". We refund the full amount to the card you paid with, no questions asked. Refunds are issued through Stripe within 5 business days of your request; your bank may take a few more days to show it.

After 14 days, we still consider refunds case by case if something did not work as described.

If a product had an error

If you find an error in a document (for example, a citation that no longer matches the law), tell us. We will correct it and send you the corrected version free of charge, whatever the date of purchase.

Your other rights

This policy adds to, and does not limit, any rights you have under the law where you live.
